Founded in 1948 by Late Mr. U W Sumathipala with the enduring support of his spouse Late Dr. (Mrs.) Milina Sumathipala, the duo instilled a strong foundation of unity and values into the company.

As three generations have taken over the reins, each has driven the company towards greater heights.
